Hannah Stevenson
BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE
Hannah is passionate about animals and osteopathy and comes from a sporting and equine background. Hannah has actively been involved in horses from a young age; competing at both national and international level within the New Forest Pony Club over the years, as well as taking part in various non-equine sports, such as running and swimming. Hannah now attends competitions with her two horses, using her own knowledge to allow her horses to reach peak performance. As well as the horses, Hannah has also grown up surrounded by dogs; raising two Labrador puppies.
After growing up in the sporting world and being surrounded by animals, Hannah decided to pursue Osteopathy as a career as she has first-hand experience with how much it can help both humans and animals.
Initially completing a four years Masters Degree in Human Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy, Hannah then went on to furthering her Osteopathic education by training at The Osteopathic Centre for Animals, completing a PGCert in Animal Osteopathy. Hannah uses her combined knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics alongside her experience of horses and dogs to help these animals reach their full potential. She treats horses and dogs of all sizes and disciplines across Hampshire.
Hannah is a fully qualified and insured Osteopath. As well as treating animals, Hannah also works within human osteopathic clinics.
